Sean Michael Rapp was born and raised in the City of St. Louis, graduating from St. Louis University High School, the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism, and St. Louis University School of Law.
He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2011 and soon thereafter began an apprenticeship as an associate attorney for a lawyer with over 35 years experience in the practice of law. During this time, Sean handled all stages of litigation, including jury trials and numerous trials before judges throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. In addition to his work in the trial courts, Sean successfully argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals.
In April 2022 Sean closed his private practice to take a position in the public sector.
